Artificial drying of agricultural products at qualitatively high level by the rational and profitable methodThe line of dryers of continuous action of Kimbriya includes three main models: dryers with unary, double and threefold mine. These models have the identical design, but differ on width. Each model has the size (height) from 14 to 38 sections with the intermediate 4-section step.
This standard line of industrial dryers has performance from 25 to 275 t/h, for drying of wheat at 100 °C and with moisture content from 19% to 15%.
For all dryers of the different size and models it is possible to choose one of four sources of heat: the generators of hot air working at gas or liquid fuel and heat exchangers for hot water or steam. Besides, generators of hot air are divided into generators of "direct heating" and "indirect heating", including furnace gas in air of drying or not. Use of the brought energy at direct heating, certainly, to aim at 100% - the direct heating is often used for drying of forages. The indirect heating when using liquid fuel or gas - furnace gas is brought to mine of the dryer after addition of some energy to drying air, it is recommended for drying of the products intended for consumption by the person (for example, flour-grinding plant). The indirect heating is recommended by steam or hot water for plants where hot water or steam are already used for other purposes, such as, on creameries or formula-feed plants.
Change of the size of the zone of drying provides the final temperature of the product for safe storage or suitable for storage in elevators.
"Complete control of the dryer" Kimbriya is exercised on means of the expanded version of the software with data recording on the PC and the LED monitor and includes control center of engines with management of process on means of PLK and the protective blocking controlled and coordinated on means of the SKADA system.
