Optimization by means of management and monitoringGrain is a live organism which "breathes" - in the course of breath oxygen dioxide, water and heat is emitted. This beginning of a vicious circle which is the reason of deterioration of grain crops. The most important parameter at management of process is grain temperature. Control of temperature in combination with other factors has crucial importance when determining loss of nutritional value of grain, for example, during the drying or storage.
The system of temperature control (TMS) is included in our system for management and control of temperature as a natural element. Temperature borders for various grades of grain crops change, and have to be defined carefully and precisely for each project. Values have to be defined and coded at installation of plant and, in too time, temperature fluctuations, i.e. admissions in which temperature can change without loss of quality of grain have to be defined. After that the system provides automatic monitoring and adjustment of temperature and aeration of grain.
The last generation of systems of monitoring allows the client to integrate a control system of stocks (IMS). IMS is first in own way independent control system of stocks. It was developed for association of all criteria of classification and information on transactions of the customer in one system. The software of IMS functions as the external interface of internal laser system of a silo which provides continuous measurement of level of a stock in the granary or a warehouse. All operations with bunkers for storage register in a separate directory of the bunker and are daily compared to the corresponding operations on all elevator.
