Excellent division of grains and the granulated productsGravitational Kimbriya's separator is applied to sorting according to the specific weight of any kind of the grain or granulated production which grains have approximately identical size. The gravitational separator is used at limitation of aspiration system, and also after sifting. However, the gravitational separator does not replace the previous sorting stages, but is the additional equipment for more exact sorting according to specific weight.
The material sorted on a gravitational separator by the principle of pseudo-liquefaction is divided into layers with different specific weight. Pseudo-liquefaction happens at the expense of the uniform pressure of system of compressed air therefore light material exfoliates and moves to the top part of a sound board, allowing heavy material to contact to a sound board surface. The sound board has the inclinations regulated a corner from one party to another and from the loading end to unloading.
The sound board is set in motion by completely eccentric drive which moves a sound board with a low amplitude and high frequency under an inclination (uphill). Heavy material contacts to specially developed wire surface of a sound board while fluidized air system light material moves because of a gravitational attraction down.
The unique patented system of counterbalances in the eccentric drive prevents transfer of vibrations on the building or a steel platform, thus saving costs of installation.
