Generally these cars are used in seed branch where ears of corn clean up entirely. At plant of a kukuruzomolotilka are established after a peeling and drying of ears of corn.
Mode of work of the car was borrowed from our ancestors who shelled corn ears manually by friction their friend about the friend. It is the most sparing way of extraction of grains from ears not breaking viability of seeds.
The strong steel case of the car is equipped with technological openings. Ears rub the friend about the friend in an interval between a shod rotor with edges and a cage of a kukuruzomolotilka. Cleaners have 3 rows sit, with a total area of sifting of 9 m ². Two top rows are used as skalpiruyushchy sit with unloading trays in forward part of the car. Sifting of sand is carried out in the third row, below. The cleaner is equipped with the eccentric drive and has well proved system of cleaning with rubber balls.
Kukuruzomolotilka provides to MR20 with the accompanying cleaning D191.2 block productivity to 20 t/h on the threshed corn.
