Description
Artificial drying of the agricultural products which do not have high fluidity and sensitive to machining
The horizontal tape dryer of Kimbriya is developed according to requirements to drying of different types of seeds and organic products. (Seeds of herbs and vegetables, wood shaving, sawdust, etc.)
The air stream adjusted on temperature and volume according to a product, passes through slowly moving steel tape made of the punched steel plates.
We can regulate both the product layer height, and tape speed that provides good saturation of the sucked-away air depending on various processes of drying and products.
Horizontal tape dryers represent modular system in which sections settle down in one or two, and more ranks that improves mixture of a product and uniformity of final moisture content.
As well as the dryer of continuous action, the horizontal tape dryer can heat up in various ways, by method of direct and indirect heating, using different types of fuel.
The last section is usually used for final cooling of a product, for providing safe storage conditions.
As the option this car can be used as a cooler for fodder granules, using external air instead of heated.
