Brush cars and osteotdelitel
Optimum productivity in grain processingBrush cars of Kimbriya are used for processing of seeds of herbs and a clover, and also division of dual zernovka. Still they are used for removal of hairs since the end of a shoot of an awn.
Brush cars are developed in the form of modular system and have to the 4th cylinder. The last figure designates the number of cylinders which can be located consistently or in parallel. Cylinders are equipped with four heat-resistant brushes which clear an internal surface of a wire basket. Each basket of the cylinder consists of two parts of easily replaced grids from various material and with various perforation.
All types of brush cars of Kimbriya "Delta" are completely closed, dustproof and are supplied with an aspiration opening for connection to the main system of collecting dust or to separate fans and cyclofans.
Osteotdeliteli Kimbriya "Delta" are developed especially for processing of brewing barley, sowing grain and other types of seeds.
Osteotdeliteli Kimbriya "Delta" are generally used for removal of an awn of barley, division of zernovka and for grinding of a surface of grain and seeds of vegetables, thus, improving appearance and natural weight.
Use of an osteotdelitel for division of zernovka allows to improve considerably productivity of the subsequent cars in system of cleaning.
